Brilad runs a one-day, on-site AEO and GEO workshop for company teams, led by co-founders Gunakesh Parmar and Rohit Bhisey. It covers how search engines and AI assistants find and choose sources, the technical setup that lets them read your site, how to write pages they can quote, and how to measure the results. Exercises use your own website, server logs and competitors.
Format
| Item | Details |
|---|---|
| Length | One day, about six hours of sessions |
| Delivery | On-site at your office |
| Group size | 10 to 35 people; larger companies can book several sessions |
| Who attends | Marketing heads, SEO managers, content leads and the developers who maintain the website |
| Preparation | Before the day we review your domain, your main competitors and, if available, your server logs, so the exercises use your own data |
Modules
1. How search and AI answers work
The difference between ranking a page, being quoted in a featured snippet, and being cited by an AI assistant that uses retrieval-augmented generation. Which crawlers each company runs (OAI-SearchBot, GPTBot, PerplexityBot, ClaudeBot and others), how to find them in server logs, and why Google-Extended never appears in logs because it is a robots.txt control token rather than a crawler. Why pages that build their content with JavaScript in the browser can look empty to most AI crawlers.
Exercise: reading a sample of your own server logs to see which crawlers visit and what they receive.
2. Entities and structured data
How search engines and language models decide that mentions on different websites refer to the same company. Using sameAs links to LinkedIn, Wikidata, Crunchbase and other profiles. Building one JSON-LD graph where Organization, WebPage, Article and Person nodes reference each other through @id values.
Exercise: writing a JSON-LD graph for your company and validating it.
3. Writing pages that get quoted
Structuring a page so each section answers one question near its start and still makes sense when lifted on its own. Why original data, named examples and first-hand results give a page information that competing pages lack. When to use a table, a numbered list or a short paragraph. What llms.txt is, what it can and cannot do, and how to write one.
Exercise: rewriting one of your product or service pages section by section.
4. Measurement and planning
Mapping the short searches people type into Google and the longer questions they ask AI assistants. Tracking mentions and citations when AI answers change from one run to the next. Building a 90-day plan that divides the work between SEO, content and development.
Exercise: running a set of your buyers’ questions through several AI assistants and comparing who gets named.

Frequently asked questions
How technical does the team need to be?
Not very. Marketing and content staff follow the strategy and writing modules without code. Developers get the rendering, logs and JSON-LD parts in enough depth to act on them.
Is the content adapted to our industry?
Yes. The preparation review covers your own domain and competitors, and the exercises use that material instead of generic examples.
Can the workshop be held online?
The standard format is on-site. Ask us if your team is spread across locations.
How do we book a date?
Get in touch and we will arrange a short call about your team, your goals and possible dates.
