Brilad is a search consultancy based in Pune and Mumbai. It was founded by Gunakesh Parmar, who has worked in search engine optimisation since 2006; Rohit Bhisey, who has more than 20 years of experience in digital marketing and performance marketing; and Ashruba Pankhade, who has five years of experience building web applications with Laravel and PHP and leads Brilad’s technical work.
What we work on
Search used to end with a list of ten links. Today the same question can be answered in a Google featured snippet, in an AI Overview, or inside a reply from ChatGPT, Perplexity or Gemini. Brilad works on all of these together: SEO for rankings, answer engine optimisation (AEO) for answer boxes, and generative engine optimisation (GEO) for AI assistants. We also build and fix the websites behind them on WordPress, Next.js and Laravel.
How we work
Every project starts with an audit of how search engines and AI crawlers actually reach and read the site. Recommendations come with the evidence behind them, such as log extracts, Search Console data or the raw HTML a crawler receives, so your team can check the reasoning.
We do not promise rankings or placements in AI answers. Nobody outside Google or OpenAI controls those results. We commit to doing the work properly and measuring what changes.
