Information you give us
When you use the contact form, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number if provided, and your message. If you contact us by phone, we may note your name, number and the subject of the call.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our server records basic technical information for each visit, such as IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request. These logs are used for security and to keep the site working.
We use Google Site Kit, which connects this website to Google Search Console and Google Analytics. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect information about how visitors use the site, such as pages viewed, time on site and approximate location. This information is reported to us in aggregate form.
Information we do not collect
We do not ask for, and do not want you to send through this website, sensitive personal data such as passwords, financial account details, health information or government identification numbers.

How your contact form details are handled
Messages sent through the contact form are delivered to our business email inbox. The form plugin we use does not store entries in the website’s database. We do not sell your data, and we do not add you to a mailing list without asking you first.
Who we share data with
We share personal data only with service providers who help us run the website and our business, and only as needed for that purpose:

- Google, for Search Console and Analytics
We may also disclose data if required by law, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
How long we keep data
We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain a record of our business correspondence, and delete them when they are no longer needed. Analytics data is kept according to the retention setting in our Google Analytics account. Server logs are kept for a limited period set by our hosting provider.

- tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it
- correct or update inaccurate data
