OnePlus 3 Comparison: OnePlus 3 Versus iPhone 6s

We have here on two balancing smartphones, the robust phone with a whopping 6GB of RAM OnePlus 3 and the most popular iPhone 6s. Shall we compare which will beat the overall comparison of possession? Here is a list of titles under which phone stands out the better. gsmarena_002

General Features: The iPhone 6s was released last year around September while OnePlus 3 just got released a few weeks back. Both the phones come in two different dimensions of the display, whereas OnePlus 3 sports 152.70 x 74.70 x 7.35mm and iPhone 6s features 138.30 x 67.10 x 7.10mm. Both the phones don’t have removable batteries. The most important thing to consider before watts per kilogram (W/kg). Buying any phone is the SAR (Specific Absorption Rate) value, which is  radiation exposure levels. It is 0.78 for OnePlus 3 and 1.18. You need to note this one though, since your health is of prime significance. Both the phones come in color variants. OnePlus carries Graphite and Soft Gold variants whereas iPhone 6S carries Silver, Gold, Space Grey and Rose Gold.

The weight of the OnePlus 3 is  158 gms and iPhone weighs only 148 gms taking the place of light weight feel in hands, but OnePlus weighs more than the iPhone because of the screen size where iPhone loses to second place. In terms of battery, OnePlus, with blinded eyes wins the best place because it has a 3000 mAh battery but the iPhone has only 1715mAh.

Display: The OnePlus 3 hands down wins the screen size with full HD resolution by hall-marking quality of display delivery of 5.5 inch 1080×1920 pixels as opposed to iPhone’s 4.8inch portraying 750×1334 pixels. The OnePlus 3 delivers 401 pixels per inch and iPhone manages to give only 326 ppi.

Hardware: Apple has never sported the processor of other companies. It makes its own in the versions of A Likewise, iPhone 6S packs A9 processor, fast enough to put up with 2GB RAM. OnePlus 3 on the other hand, kills the iPhone 6S characteristic by beastly 1.6GHz  quad-core and Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 with a whopping 6GB of RAM, far more enough to have a killer phone in hands which rocks in speedy performance. Internal storage of OnePlus 3 is 64 GB, which doesn’t give extended storage option like iPhone 6S, which has 16GB of internal storage. But OnePlus 3 doesn’t disappoint us for not providing the microSD extension because of its massive storage capacity unlike the iPhone.

Camera: iPhone 6S sports 12MP rear and 5MP front camera, which is like just another phone that gives the same option. When stood alone, the camera might come off as a better one, but when compared alongside OnePlus 3, iPhone yet again fails to meet the standard of OnePlus 3 because of latter’s 16MP rear and 8MP front camera, which is rocking with a solid performance of clear clarity picture delivery. Both the phones have flashes with OIS.

Others: The connectivity options like Bluetooth, headphone jack and WiFi are the same bearing v4.20 , 3.5mm and 802.11 a/ b/ g/ n/ ac. Both the phones have NFC features. But OnePlus 3 comes with a dual SIM option, unlike the iPhone, which is a single SIM slotted, but both the phones adapts only nano SIMs.

Sensors: Both the phones have the Compass, Magnetometer, proximity sensor, accelerometer, ambient light sensor. But the barometer is present in iPhone 6S, not in the OnePlus 3. Absence of the temperature sensor is found on both the phones.

On  the whole, you would have rounded off to a conclusion thinking, which phone is worth the money by now. Why wait? Go grab the OnePlus 3 unless you are an ‘Apple’ lover.
